- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am a person who has always disliked and feared all things related to dental appointments. The tools scared me, the sounds and smells scared me, the seemingly endless possible procedures scared me, the pain scared me. I've been seeing Dr. Rao for over a year and she and her staff have alleviated many of my dental fears. They communicate with me in a way that isn't condescending or cold or scolding. On the contrary, they seem to enjoy educating patients and answering questions. Their attitude is cheerful and relaxed. They've helped me develop relaxation techniques specific to dental procedures that can be painful and stressful. This office is, by far, the most positive dental office I've ever been to.
